If your browser has trouble loading the new sidebar, it is probably because your browser is not Java enabled. In older Windows we were able to enable the browser ourselves. However, because Microsoft was trying to redesign Java without Java's maker’s permission, Microsoft had to stop putting in Java support by default though this may have now I changed. Anyhow, should that be the case with your browser after having gone to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS and ADVANCED - if you did not see Java or Applets to check off then do this:

GO HERE

Click on the 'Get it Now' button, it will install Java automatically.
